With nearly three decades of experience in education, leadership, and community development, I have dedicated my work to helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My leadership spans large-scale initiatives supporting postsecondary success, workforce development, and community impact across Detroit and beyond.
A proud Detroit native and Cass Tech alumna, I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Mathematics, along with degrees from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and Wayne County Community College. My work has been recognized nationally for advancing student success, leadership development, and equitable pathways to opportunity.
I am also an ordained pastor, having been ordained in 1997, with decades of experience in ministry leadership, teaching, and spiritual formation. My spiritual work centers on helping individuals deepen their faith, discern purpose, and navigate life transitions with biblical grounding, wisdom, and care.
Level Up Strategies was was founded on a simple belief: sustainable growth happens when strategic thinking, purposeful action, and spiritual grounding work together. This work integrates professional excellence, quantitative reasoning, personal development, and faith-informed leadership to help people level up—fully and intentionally.
